Representatives of member Scout Troops gather to share ideas and
experience, plan joint activities, and pursue other projects of mutual
benefit.

- The 10,000 Tree Project welcomes volunteers to plant trees (Angela Vieth)
- The Laurel Creek Citizens Committee welcomes volunteers. Contact Peggy Bednarek at the City of Waterloo at 747-8643 (Angela Vieth)
- Environmental Clean-up: forest, trail, river bank... (Bill Hopf)
- Adopt-a-Park or Adopt-a-Trail available through the City of Kitchener Department of Parks and Recreation
- Visit a retirement home for a games night or to sing Christmas Carols (Bill Hopf)
- Volunteer at the Food Bank (Bill Hopf)
- Conduct a clothing drive for the needy (Bill Hopf)
- Help your sponsor. Our Scout have:
- Being score keepers and helpers at a Knights of Columbus basketball event
- Cleaned the chairs at the hall before an event
- Helped build a Christmas parade float
