Opening
Ted welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Constitution
Scouters discussed the draft constitution presented by the committee consisting of David White, Pierre Michiels, Liam Morland, Mike Smith, and Jody Bell. The constitution was unanimously approved with admendments. The committee was asked to organize the first Annual General Meeting of the Association.
