The NW Scouters' Club is a co-operative of Scout Troops. Representatives of member Scout Troops gather to share ideas and experience, plan joint activities, and pursue other projects of mutual benefit.
When you take part in a NW Scouters' Club activity, you're with other Scouters with many years of experience. Many hands make light the work of organizing great Scouting events. We gather to share our knowledge and to help each other run our Scout troops. Join us and be part of this community.
Troop-section Scouters meet about six times per year to plan the Club's program. People volunteer to each take care of a small piece of making the event successful. Some events that we have organized: Patrol Leadership Workshop, Fall Hike, First Aid Courses, Winter Camporee, Scouters' Socials, Canoe Trip, Summer Camp, Introduction to Scouting Day, Spring Camporee.
Our meetings include a time to share our skills and knowledge about various topics, such as games for Scouts, winter camping, how to run a bike hike, and much more. The Club will help you to learn from the experience of others. Unsure about how to do some thing? Need help with your program? We're here to help. There's no need to figure it all out on your own.
On our web site, you can read the minutes of past meetings, see the agenda of the next meeting, read about upcoming events, and check out our resources. Feel free to contact us with any questions. We hope to see you at our next meeting.
