The NW Scouters' Club is a co-operative of Scout Troops. Representatives of member Scout Troops gather to share ideas and experience, plan joint activities, and pursue other projects of mutual benefit.
The meeting opened at 19:00. Harry volunteered to emcee the karaoke night and also keep the troops busy with an informal campfire. Discussions about the various activities planned and who was to coordinate them was put off until all the people could be asked. Jay Treacy will do the silkscreening. No submissions were received for crest designs so Harry will work on one depicting an old prospector during March Break. Due to a miscommunication Ethan Millard did not receive a change of date for this meeting therefore he did not attend. Diane will phone Greater Toronto Council for confirmation on the two rentals: Lions Lodge and Greenwood Cabin. Pam Parker has confirmed that she will cook for the weekend and take care of the barbecue on Friday evening.
