The NW Scouters' Club is a co-operative of Scout Troops. Representatives of member Scout Troops gather to share ideas and experience, plan joint activities, and pursue other projects of mutual benefit.
The meeting opened at 19:00. The group discussed some of the events. Tony's event will be called the "Miner's Shopping List". Dan was given the go ahead to order 300 crests for the camp. Diane will go out this weekend and do the compass work for the Gold Miners Mine. There will be no cars allowed down the hill on that night. Wayne is in charge of registration on Friday night. There will be a large map posted outside Lions' Lodge to show people where the groups are camped. Someone will have to check with the camp for the large drink dispensers for the root beer. Zip line tickets will be issued according to the registration order. Meeting adjourned 19:30.
